We're pleased to share that DASH, our state-of-the-art education facility at Wansbeck General Hospital, has become the first of its kind to be accredited by ASPiH in the north of England. In receiving accreditation, the department has demonstrated that it delivers high-quality simulation, provides a high level of expertise, and is developing its workforce. As well as celebrating the accreditation, DASH also celebrate their growing team and expansion over to North Tyneside General Hospital. Gary Miller is the lead porter at Berwick Infirmary and throughout his career has a shown a passion for delivering portering services. Over his almost 40 year career, Gary has supported patients, staff, and fellow porting colleagues in a number of ways and has shared fond memories with his team.
