Celebrating Student Success!🎉 We’ve just wrapped up the second year of our mentoring programme through our partnership with EDT (The Engineering Development Trust). Over the past 12 weeks Quinn London mentors have worked with Year 9 students from: - Ark Pioneer Academy - Saracens High School - Elizabeth Garrett Anderson School Together, we tackled real-world challenges in STEM and sustainability, from reimagining greener airports and theme parks to using wearable tech and AI to support mental health. Congratulations to Ark Pioneer Academy and Saracens High School for winning Project of the Year in their respective regions, and to our Social Value Advisor Joel Hall for Mentor of the Year! We are delighted to announce we are working with UCL as part of it's long-term Estates 2050 vision, helping to create inspiring and sustainable spaces for students, staff, and visitors. Quinn will be delivering external works to the Christopher Ingold Building, a project that will not only enhance the UCL campus but also enrich the wider public realm for all who live, work, and pass through the area. Key features include: A new green wall to transform a blank façade, enhancing biodiversity and visual appeal🌿 Timber canopies featuring blue roofs for rainwater management and green roofs to support local ecology🌧️ This project reflects the UCL’s commitment to sustainable design and the creation of high-quality spaces. Well done to three of our projects who have recently received an "Excellent" score of 45/45 during the Considerate Constructors Scheme visits! The teams at Queens House, Barnet Homes and Peabody Internals have worked effortlessly to achieve this excellent score by demonstrating outstanding performance and a profound dedication to the principles of CCS. This is the second time Queens House has scored 45/45, after winning the Bronze Award at the Considerate Constructors Scheme National Site Awards earlier this year.🏆

Congratulations to our site manager Usama Mohamed!🏆 We’re proud to share that Usama has been nominated as an Arsenal F.C. No More Red Community Charity Champion in recognition of his outstanding work and advocacy in the local community. Usama’s journey exemplifies the power of apprenticeships and a deep commitment to supporting at risk youth. He was one of the first young people from a Somali background to secure an apprenticeship through Islington council. Encouraging young people to explore these opportunities, he founded a group chat which now has more than 150 members to provide support. Now working with us at Quinn London, Usama shares his success story at schools and events to highlight the potential of apprenticeships, a path he navigated to full-time employment and a degree. Hackney Half Marathon complete!✅ A huge congratulations to our runners who crossed the finish line for Homerton Hope this weekend🏃♂️ Not only did our staff commit to months of training, but with fantastic support from across the company, including quiz nights and bake offs, we were able to raise an incredible £7,653! All donations go directly to the Homerton Hope charity, which plays a vital role in improving patient experience at Homerton University Hospital by funding services and projects behind core NHS provision.
