The opening of the Janet Harvey Hall in Glasgow marks a major investment in the future of shipbuilding on the Clyde. As part of BAE Systems Maritime's Clyde Capital Investment Programme, the facility allows two Type 26 anti-submarine warships to be built side by side, improving efficiency and enabling safe delivery in all weather conditions. We supported the project’s successful delivery as the NEC Project Manager, overseeing coordination, risk and cost management, contract compliance, quality control, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring the project stayed on time and budget.
