We’re pleased to announce the completion of the first affordable homes at Windmill View in Upper Lighthorne, Warwickshire — a major step forward in our mission to deliver high-quality, sustainable homes for all.   Delivered in partnership with Citizen and supported by Homes England and Stratford Upon Avon District Council, this first phase includes 130 affordable homes and 129 homes for open market sale under our Linden Homes brand. With over £2 million invested in local infrastructure, including healthcare, education, and roads, Windmill View is set to become a thriving new neighbourhood.   A huge thank you to everyone involved in making this vision a reality. We’re excited to continue our work on the next phase, which will bring us closer to delivering around 1,000 homes in total.

We’re excited to announce a new development in Knottingley, West Yorkshire, where Vistry Group will deliver 218 high-quality, mixed-tenure homes in collaboration with our valued partners, Incommunities and Sigma Capital Group Limited. In line with our partner-delivery model, the 218 homes will be delivered through a balanced mix of tenures. Located on Womersley Road, the site plays to our strengths in regeneration and placemaking. We’ll also contribute nearly £1 million to improve local travel services and deliver a biodiversity net gain, with completion expected by March 2029. We are excited to announce that Vistry Group, in partnership with Kier Property, has acquired a site at Holme Meadows in South Wokingham. This marks the first phase of a major development delivering 343 new mixed-tenure homes, with a further 298 plots identified for future phases.   The scheme will provide a mix of 65% private sale and 35% affordable homes to create a sustainable and long-term community in line with Wokingham Borough Council's strategic growth plans.   Trevor Wicks Managing Director at Vistry Thames Valley, said: “This acquisition marks a pivotal step in our partnership with Kier Property, who share our ambition to bring this significant development to life with high-quality, mixed-tenure homes. We’re pleased to announce the successful handover of 21 high-quality affordable homes to Home Group at our Stortford Fields development in Bishop’s Stortford.   The scheme comprises a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom homes as well as two-bedroom maisonettes, with eight plots completed in June and the final 13 homes handed over this month.   This is a great reflection of our collaborative partnership with Home Group and our shared commitment to building sustainable, affordable communities. We have secured planning approval for the final phase of our landmark residential development in Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, which will deliver 354 new homes, including 87 affordable homes forward sold to CBRE Investment Management’s UK Affordable Housing Fund, with the remaining homes available through our Bovis Homes and Linden Homes brands. This brings the total number of homes in the development to 1,001, marking a major step forward in creating a vibrant, sustainable community with a focus on placemaking, green infrastructure, and connectivity. In collaboration with our JV partner Taylor Wimpey plc and in association with the Mayor of London, we were pleased to welcome Tom Copley, Deputy Mayor for Housing and Residential Development, along with Cllr Majid Rahman, Cabinet Member for Planning, Estate Renewal and Regeneration for Royal Borough of Greenwich, and other representatives from the Greater London Authority and the Royal Borough of Greenwich to showcase the transformative impact of our Greenwich Millennium Village (GMV) scheme.   One of London’s most ambitious regeneration projects, GMV is being delivered in association with the Mayor of London and is already home to over 2,500 residents.
