Nothing shows the power of AI than video generation.
We've now seen the first full ads generated by AI, and movies can't be far behind.
But to be honest, my trials into video generation have been..... amateurish. Which is why it's very exciting to have the award-winning film creator Antti Toivonen join us this Thursday to share:
🟢 How storytellers & marketers are using GenAI video today
🟢 How to ideate content that actually works with GenAI tools
🟢 What new formats and trends is AI enabling
🟢 What matters most: from character consistency to camera angles
Antti will also guide us through key platforms and workflows like Google Veo3, Runway, Kling, Midjourney Video, Kive, and more.
Want to join? Comment Video. We run the session twice for all time zones.
Sharing again in case someone is curious: I'll be conducting a GenAI storytelling masterclass for #marketers and other curious #leaders, hosted by FlexOS as part of their Lead with AI program.
🟢 How are storytellers & marketers using GenAI today, in video in particular?
🟢 How do you ideate content that actually works with GenAI tools?
🟢 What new formats and trends is AI enabling?
🟢 What matters most: from character consistency to camera angles?

Important note for fellow nerds:
This isn't an advanced ComfyUI or API-deep-dive session. It's more of a “what’s possible” and “what you need to know” type of class – perfect for creative strategists, brand builders, and future-savvy marketers.
Hope to see you there. 💫
Thanks for inviting, Daan van Rossum!

Seventy percent of large change programs never hit their target.
Phil Kirschner highlighted that figure to 100+ executives in our recent webinar on AI roll-outs, warning that flipping the “on” switch for generative AI is only step one.
So what does work?
1. First, redefine the finish line: attach every AI pilot to a concrete metric – what problem is actually getting solved? (Hint: it's not "roll out AI".)
2. Second, map resistance: use quick pulse surveys to separate cautious skeptics from entrenched objectors and invest in the movable middle.
3. Third, address emotion first: BetterUp opened its rollout with guided sessions that let employees voice job-security fears before any prompt training, clearing space for uptake.
And one of my favorite insights: remember the time lag: frontline staff hear today what leadership has debated for months, so set the pace and invite early input.
Following Phil's tips will result in fewer idle licenses and faster behavior change – something I know many of you are looking for.

You get me, you REALLY get me.
✨ AI told me this about myself: "You’re being called to heal the human layer of work — to help teams reconnect, collaborate, and care again..." and it almost made me tear up.
I just kicked off my #AI Executive Bootcamp for Non-Technical Leaders, and one of our first assignments was deceptively simple: run the #Ikigai prompt.
For those unfamiliar, Ikigai is a Japanese concept meaning “a reason for being.” It’s the intersection of what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for. It’s powerful because it doesn’t just ask what you do — it uncovers why you do it.
And what I found… honestly moved me.
I think the AI prompt distilled my work with stunning clarity:
💔 The Problem I Care About:
- Disconnected teams, emotionally unsafe spaces, and performative cultures.
- Outdated norms that drain us instead of energize us.
- The epidemic of workplace loneliness.
❤️ My Deeper Mission:
- To heal the human layer of work.
- To build connected, caring, high-performing cultures — not in spite of human needs, but because they honor them.
How do I do this?
Not just as a trainer or speaker, but as a Work Culture Healer.
And I use the most relevant workforce data trends, creativity, personal storytelling, vibrant energy, and my innate empathy to restore meaning and connection inside organizations.
If you know me, would you say AI got this right?
And why not try the prompt for yourself to define your own Ikigai too?
It's a great place to start, especially for those of you looking for a next step, career pivot or to redefine your passion and purpose in the 2025 work environment...

AI-fluent leaders are using ChatGPT as an operating system, not a chatbot.
This is OpenAI's vision for the platform, and even ahead of ChatGPT-5, it's starting to become reality.
By:
- Connecting ChatGPT to your data (Plus/Pro/Team/Enterprise)
- Using advanced models like OpenAI o3 (for deep thinking)
- Creating shared GPTs (Team/Enterprise)
You get way more out of AI than just querying publicly available data on the standard model and getting generic answers that don't drive your business forward.
Last week, I wanted to map out some of the ideas we've had but didn't execute for our product roadmap, and see if any would be worth (re)considering.
With ChatGPT's OS features, I was able:
- To have ideas pulled from various file on our Google Drive
- Switch to the o3 model to debate them with a "Chief Product Officer"
- Toggle back to 4o to quickly write up a list of conclusions
It's just one of the ways ChatGPT is so much more than an intelligent intern, and why "AI has moved up the org chart."

"It is crazy what can be achieved with about 30min of work."
"I have created this site for my new brand in 15 mins. It is amazing."
"Created this in 30 mins... I am amazed by the speed of this tool 🙂"
...
No, I don't think every exec needs to be a (vibe)-coder...
No, I also don't think our soon-to-be graduates will leave their C-level positions to run an online recipe site, graffiti removal company, or wine bar...
... But I do think that giving yourself 15-30 minutes to experience the power of AI coding gives you a fantastic insight into what's possible today.
Here's how:
1. Open a free account on Loveable.
2. Prompt for a project you always thought of. Or simply say: clone Airbnb.
3. Tell your AI coder to make changes to button colors, copy, or visuals.
If you have time this weekend or on your break – you won't regret it. (Yes, I used an em-dash. I don't want to give up.)
Kudos to all our AI Leaders!

ChatGPT reigns supreme.
We recently took a pulse in the Lead with AI community of 350+ senior business leaders to see which generative AI tools are currently used in day-to-day workflows.
- ChatGPT is the primary tool for most respondents, including those who also experiment with Claude or Gemini. Key reasons cited include speed, flexibility, and the growing utility of features such as memory, connectors, and team collaboration functions.
- Gemini is gaining adoption, particularly in Google-centric organizations. Users point to strong integration with Google Workspace, and early but promising applications of tools like NotebookLM and custom Gems.
- Microsoft Copilot is widely used in Microsoft-first enterprises, often because it is the officially sanctioned tool. However, many users supplement it with ChatGPT, particularly when greater depth or flexibility is needed.
Especially with the rumors of ChatGPT-5 and their recent moves towards AI as an Operating System, one has to wonder whether Copilot can catch and keep up.
Generally, tool choice is influenced less by theoretical performance and more by integration, workflow fit, and organizational constraints.
Leaders are optimizing for utility within their specific environments, not simply selecting the “best” model on paper.
This is a major difference from the consumer discussion on AI, and something we don't hear enough about.
Thoughts?

In a recent poll we did, Microsoft Copilot came in dead last of favorite AIs.
In our Boot Camps and community, we often hear all the ways in which Copilot is making people's lives miserable.
Is it just the technology? Or is this (partially) to blame on how companies roll out the software?
This and more will be on the docket for when Marlene De Koning, HR Tech Director at PwC Nederland, joins the Lead with AI PRO community to discuss:
- Championing Copilot adoption across your teams with confidence and clarity.
- Shifting to an AI mindset—from task execution to strategic enablement.
- Using Copilot as your leadership co-pilot—to prepare for meetings, synthesize insights, and make faster, smarter decisions.
- Navigating change and inspiring your teams to fly with you toward success.
If you join, you’ll take away with:
- Practical examples of how leaders are using Copilot to drive impact.
- Strategies to foster a culture of experimentation and digital curiosity.
- Tools to help your teams soar—starting today.
