The UK Leisure Framework (UKLF) allows for the direct appointment of a Development Partner for scoping, design, refurbishment, construction and the development of leisure centres, theatres, play facilities, recreation facilities and sports facilities across the UK public sector. It also supports the marketing of these types of facilities as well as the provision of equipment to enable a true turnkey approach to be delivered to clients. The Framework is available to all UK public sector organisations. This also includes any leisure trusts and/or mutual arm’s length limited companies that are associated with any UK public sector Authorities, or any other Private Limited Companies that are operating leisure facilities on behalf of a UK Public Sector client organisation.

Great news in Sandwell, as planning permission for the redevelopment of Haden Hill Leisure Centre has been granted! We're delighted to be developing this project for Sandwell Council, which will involve the construction of a new, state-of-the-art facility to serve local residents. The project team includes Speller Metcalfe, Roberts Limbrick, and Design Active. It was procured using the UK Leisure Framework, owned and managed by Denbighshire Leisure Ltd. Fantastic developments in Leek, as the £17m Levelling Up project to redevelop a local leisure centre has begun. It is the latest of three LUF projects that we are delivering for Staffordshire Moorlands District Council, and will transform the ways in which local residents can get more active. Thanks to the collaboration of the parties involved, including the support of the team at TA6 - powered by Alliance Leisure on branding and its eventual launch, this is set to be a phenomenally impactful addition to the area.
