We've been Rocking the Cotswolds again!

You know you’ve got a really great party when everyone turns up on time.

Everyone who’d come together to enjoy the Rock the Cotswolds 'An Evening With….’ just wanted to have a brilliant night out to celebrate two amazing global adventurers who live and love the Cotswolds. Interviewed by the incomparable Alexander Armstrong (cheered on from the floor by his brilliant comedy sidekick Ben Miller), Ben Hooper is at the start of his 2000 mile swimming challenge, while Jamie McDonald delighted the audience with tales of heroic achievement - and forgetting to shut his mouth when summitting a Canadian mountain pass just as a juggernaut ploughed past. “Who’s the daddy?” he yelled as it splattered muddy, oil-streaked snow across his face ... and down his throat.

Sponsored by the fabulous luxury travel experts, and Cotswold residents, Abercrombie & Kent and supported by Rock the Cotswold sponsors Crowe Clark Whitehill, Havas Helia and Hardware.com, the audience was as fun as the guests: from an internationally-successful shirtmaker (and a deputy Lord Lieutenant to boot), to actors, magicians, international lawyers (yes, they can be fun too), travel experts, TV reporters and presenters, rock promoters, PRs (they’re always fun), to designers and artists. And where do all these illustrious people live? The Cotswolds of course. Watch the video and get involved!

Hi Nicky - hope you're well! I've just moved on from agency life and out of pubs and brewing. But catching up with George and the family Brewers in Exeter early next month. Can't have them missing me too much!! Best wishes - Jo
