Our transformation plans will: ✅ Expand digital services, with smarter tech like Artificial Intelligence (AI) embedded. ✅ Simplify the tax system, making it easier for all individual taxpayers and businesses. ✅ Further close the tax gap, so everyone pays the right amount and the system is fair for all. We will make it easier for everyone to pay the right tax first time, including by ensuring customers in vulnerable circumstances, the digitally excluded and those with complex tax affairs get the right support.
