We’re proud to show off the results of a major bathroom 🚿 #refurbishment project, undertaken at our Retirement Living scheme, Edward Arnold Court in #Kempston. A fantastic example of community in action! 💛 Residents and employees at Gildacre Fields, one of our Extra Care schemes in Sunderland, have raised an incredible £1,640 for Dogs Trust through a fun and heartfelt community fundraiser. The event – inspired by residents’ shared love of dogs – included a raffle, cake sale, bingo and more, all organised by our dedicated team. 👏 We’re proud to support pet-friendly living and even prouder of our colleagues and residents for their generosity and team spirit. At Housing 21, we continue to invest in our acquired schemes and create collaborative opportunities to keep our residents fully engaged throughout the process. 🙌 Earlier this week, residents came together at two of our #ExtraCare schemes for a demonstration of the modular bathroom designs to support #accessibility. 🛀 Poppy Court in #Willenhall and School Court in #Cannock held resident consultation sessions following on from the success of the events held in Bradford and Stoke-On-Trent earlier this year. The session included interactive demonstrations from from PROCare Shower & Bathroom Centre Ltd, an opportunity to discuss the choices on offer and see the designs in person. The feedback from residents was collected and the choices for their bathrooms were selected on the day. The next steps will include the upgrade of the current bathrooms, incorporating the selections made as part of the consultations. We'll be sure to share the progress of this exciting project! 💫 #UKHousing #Acquisition #Investment
