  • A huge congratulations to the Phoenix ME team – Andy Bown, Robert O'Donovan, paul rawlings, Cameron Maxwell, Sam Williams, and Rob Sayward on their victory in the London Landmarks Rowing Challenge! The team took on an impressive route along the Thames, from Chelsea to Greenwich, passing iconic landmarks like Tower Bridge, and also beat their fundraising target. Their hard work and energy were all in support of The AHOY Centre, a watersports charity based in one of London’s most under-resourced communities. The charity creates life-changing opportunities for disadvantaged and at-risk young people, while also empowering disabled individuals to participate equally in activities and training programmes.

Further footage from our Oxford Science Park project showcases a key milestone in action, the precision lift and installation of the Prefabricated Riser Modules, carried out in collaboration with Mace, Hoare Lea (Oxford) and J A Brooks. This video captures the seamless execution and coordination involved as the risers, AHUs, Chillers, and Air Source Heat Pumps were installed. Every element was carefully planned and delivered with outstanding engineering and teamwork across all disciplines. It’s a great snapshot of the level of detail and collaboration that defines this project. With this major stage now complete for the first building, our focus moves to the next milestone: installing the packaged plant rooms. Fantastic work by everyone contributing to the continued progress at The Oxford Science Park (TOSP)

  • Last week, members of our team were proud to volunteer at the Pullen Day Centre in Westminster, as part of our ongoing commitment to supporting social value initiatives in the communities around our projects. The Pullen Day Centre provides vital weekday care for older adults living with mobility challenges and dementia. Their incredible work includes preparing meals, organising games, and arranging escorted outings all of which have a meaningful impact on the health and wellbeing of their clients. Our team donated a selection of plants, flowers, and herbs, which we planted alongside some of the centre’s attendees. We also helped tidy up the garden and seating area to create a welcoming, refreshed space where both staff and visitors can relax and enjoy the summer sunshine.

Project Update - 41 Lothbury A key milestone was achieved at 41 Lothbury, where we're delivering the project in partnership with Mace Fitout and Retrofit. After more than 12 months of planning, the crane lift for the Roof Plant has been completed, with the AHU and two extract fans now safely installed. This complex lift was carefully executed with the support of Mechanical Movements. We look forward to sharing further updates as the project progresses.
