📢 Securing Boddingtons Brewery Redevelopment We’re proud to be delivering the £110m transformation of the former Boddingtons Brewery site in partnership with Latimer, the development arm of Clarion Housing Group. This landmark project will deliver 505 new homes, and is among the first in the UK to secure Gateway 2 approval under the Building Safety Act. A huge thank you to our design team and supply chain for their collaborative effort in reaching this milestone and completing RIBA Stage 4. 🏗️ Crane Spotting at Central Quay 🏗️ The second crane has now been erected at the Unite Students development in Glasgow which is transforming this former brownfield site. GRAHAM will deliver the £124.5 million development of 934 student beds in time for the 2027/8 academic year. Once complete, the development will bring the total number of beds operated by Unite Students to 3,200 in Glasgow and will deliver exemplar sustainability credentials, aiming to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification. 👀Teviot Row House Unveiled Take a look at the visible progress being made at The University of Edinburgh upgrade to Teviot Row House, the world’s oldest purpose-built Student Union. The protective covering has been removed and reveals the original stonework which has been sympathetically repaired. Constructed in 1889, the Category B listed building has many historical features and the team is ensuring that the unique character, history and design are carefully preserved as we modernise the space for future generations of students. Last night, we had the pleasure of attending the NWRCA at the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool, where West Cumberland Hospital Phase 2, a Procure 22 project, was awarded Sub-Regional Project of the Year – West! 🎉 This recognition celebrates the incredible collaboration between the project team, our NHS partners, the client, and the wider supply chain. Our team of VOLUNTEERS spent the day at the Grassmarket Community Project in Edinburgh this week, where they assisted with the production of unique tartan items for their retail outlet 🪡   The team also served lunch to the charity's members and joined them for a chat. Sometimes this will be the only hot meal and company the members experience, so it was great to help brighten their day. It was inspiring to see the work the charity does, the vast range of services they offer, and the impact they have on people who are at a low point in their lives.   Their vision is that people they engage with will flourish, and they can make their community a positive, connected and inclusive place 🪽   #GRAHAMBuilding #SocialImpact #Edinburgh

👀Behind the Scenes at Jenners, Edinburgh 👀 As the people of Edinburgh walk past the Jenners building each day, very few will be aware of the scale of operations taking place behind the protective facade by the GRAHAM team. Take a look at our drone footage which has captured the impressive steelwork installation for the new mansard roof areas and a close-up view of restoration works being sympathetically carried out to the heritage stonework to retain the legacy of this iconic building.
