This new site is the result of a 100% NGE multi-trade consortium that brought together NGE IMMOBILIER, NGE GENIE CIVIL, EGENIE, TSO CATENAIRES, TSO SIGNALISATION, NGE FONDATIONS, TSO, in partnership with Arcadis and Ateliers du Port. We are proud to have created a facility that is essential to improving the efficiency and quality of rail transport services in the South - Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. NGE is committed to sustainable mobility. June 30 marked a milestone. But the real journey begins now, with infrastructure that will stand the test of time. Ligne ferroviaire Marseille-Toulon-Nice : la mobilité régionale prend un nouveau départ ! 🚨😍 🎉 Ce lundi 30 juin 2025, un train inaugural a parcouru 50 km entre Marseille et Toulon, avant de faire cap vers Nice. Ce moment fort a marqué le lancement officiel de la première ligne ferroviaire régionale ouverte à la concurrence en France, dans le cadre d’une délégation de service public de la région Sud à Transdev, via sa filiale Transdev SUD pour l’exploitation de la ligne. 🚉 À son bord : Renaud MUSELIER, Président de la Région Sud, Jean-Pierre Serrus, Vice-Président en charge des transports et de la mobilité durable, Thierry Mallet, Président de Transdev, Edouard HENAUT, Directeur Général de Transdev, Jean BERNADET et Thierry Bodard. Et si ce service démarre aujourd'hui dans les meilleures conditions, c'est aussi grâce à ce que l'on ne voit pas forcément depuis la fenêtre 👉 un tout nouveau site de maintenance et de remisage, situé à Nice, de 2000 m2 éco-conçu pour répondre aux plus hautes exigences de performance. Il inclut une voie multifonction permettant la réalisation de toutes les opérations de maintenance des trains : travail en fosse, travail en toiture, levage du train, manutention de charges lourdes. Ce nouveau site est le fruit d’un groupement Multimétiers 100% NGE qui a mobilisé NGE IMMOBILIER (promoteur), NGE GENIE CIVIL , EGENIE , TSO CATENAIRES, TSO SIGNALISATION NGE FONDATIONS, TSO, travaux ferroviaires, en partenariat avec Arcadis et Ateliers du Port. Fiers d’avoir réalisé un dispositif essentiel au renforcement de l'efficacité et de la qualité des services de transport ferroviaire dans la Région Sud - Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. 🟡 🔵 NGE Canada est fiere d'avoir été choisie, avec nos partenaires, comme l'un des consortiums retenus pour la pré-qualification du lot « Contrat Systèmes » du projet TramCité à Québec. Le TramCité constitue un réseau de tramway contemporain de 19 km, géré par le gouvernement du Québec, la Ville de Québec et la Caisse de dépôt et Placement du Québec CDPQ Infra. Il sera l'élément central de la mobilité dans la région de Québec, en facilitant la connexion avec d'autres modes de transport. Ce projet rehaussera la qualité du transport collectif dans l'ensemble de la ville. L'étape suivante consiste à présenter des propositions pour la phase d'appel d'offres. 🟡 🔵 NGE Canada is proud to have been selected, along with our partners, as one of the consortiums shortlisted for prequalification for the “Systems Contract” lot of the TramCité project in Quebec City. TramCité is a 19-km contemporary tramway network managed by the Québec Government, the City of Québec, and the Caisse de dépôt et Placement du CDPQ Infra. It will be the central element of mobility in the Québec City region, facilitating connections with other means of transportation. This project will enhance the quality of public transportation throughout the city. The next step is to submit proposals for the tender phase.
TramCité reached a significant milestone on Thursday with the unveiling of the qualified consortia for two major contracts as part of the Requests for Expressions of Interest (RFOI). RFOIs, an important step in a rigorous procurement process, qualify consortia before collecting their proposals ensuring that the proposals are up to the desired level of expertise. Qualified consortia will be invited to submit their proposals for contracts related to civil works and systems. They will have until the end of the year to complete this step, after which the selected consortia will be involved in the implementation phase. As mentioned by Daniel Farina, Chief Executive Officer of CDPQ Infra, we are proud to see the willingness of major industry players who wish to contribute to the advancement of TramCité. " The selection of qualified consortia was made based on a rigorous, transparent and fair analysis of all bids, in line with global best practices," he adds. This new development demonstrates the shared commitment of the three partners involved in TramCité – the Government of Québec, the City of Québec (Ville de Québec) and CDPQ Infra – to act quickly but thoroughly to complete this infrastructure project, the largest in the recent history of the Capitale-Nationale. Here are the selected groups in each category and the companies that compose them.
