Congratulations to Baljinder! A huge well done to our lovely Baljinder, part of the Contract Administration Support team at our Wolverhampton office. Bal has recently completed her Level 2 NVQ in Customer Service & we’re thrilled to announce that she achieved a Distinction – making her a qualified Customer Service Practitioner! We’re especially proud of Bal for earning this fantastic result while continuing to work hard during a challenging period. A well-deserved moment of recognition and a bit of breathing space now... before we start talking about Level 3! 😉 Earlier this week, Branch Manager Dean Adcock had the pleasure of presenting Bal with her certificate.
