We, along with our Asset Intelligence business once again took to the River Thames for the annual Thames Water Raft Race, and what a day it was! With The Black Pearl finishing 12th and The Orca a proud 21st, our handcrafted rafts powered through the course with teamwork, laughter, and plenty of splashes, all in support of WaterAid. 💧 The event raised an incredible £83,000 with help from Thames Water employees and their delivery partners, to help bring clean, safe drinking water to communities in Madagascar. A huge thank you to our amazing rowers and to Thames Water for hosting another unforgettable day. We’re proud to be a key AMP8 delivery partner and to support such a vital cause. #growtogether

Our Building North East and Yorkshire business unit has handed over the new Great Park Academy – a 1,200-place secondary school in Newcastle Great Park, ready to welcome students this September! Delivered for the Department for Education and run by Gosforth Group Multi Academy Trust, the school features modern, inclusive teaching spaces, specialist facilities for arts and sports, and dedicated Special Educational Needs and Disabilities support spaces. 🏗️ Over 85% of the work was delivered by SMEs, and the project achieved a perfect 45/45 score from the Considerate Constructor Scheme. We also proudly supported 11 T-level students, helping shape the future of construction. 👏 A fantastic legacy for the local community – well done to everyone involved! #Construction #Education #SocialValue #GallifordTry #NorthEast #BuildingForTheFuture #SustainableGrowth #LoveConstruction https://bit.ly/4mfY7Nl

At Asset Intelligence, growth starts with our people. Last week, we brought all of our people together for a company-wide Team Building Day. It was a chance to pause, connect, and celebrate the strength of our team. From blindfold driving and karting, to archery and collaborative challenges, the day was filled with laughter, competition, and moments that reminded us why brilliant people are the foundation of everything we do. This wasn’t just about fun — it was about reinforcing the Sustainable Growth culture that drives us: ✅ Collaboration over silos. ✅ Wellbeing over burnout. ✅ Trust and teamwork over hierarchy. As we continue to grow with purpose, our strategy remains clear: sustainable success is only possible when we put people first. That’s why we’re building a culture where capability, innovation, and culture are all aligned through one common factor: our people. Thanks to everyone who made the day such a success. #AssetIntelligence #SuperContractor #PeopleFirst #TeamBuilding #SustainableGrowth #Wellbeing #CultureOfSuccess #GallifordTry #TeamAI #GrowTogether
