Exceptional Places: Matrix 49 We are pleased to share the completion of Plot 3 of Matrix 49, the landmark industrial and logistics scheme in Avonmouth, Bristol. Delivered on behalf of Equation Properties, the £21.6 million project spans 13 acres and includes a 219,660 sq. ft warehouse and 11,365 sq. ft of office space, alongside a control tower, gatehouse, external hard standings, and extensive parking, road landscaping, loading docks, level access and drainage infrastructure. The completion of Plot 3 marks another milestone in the development of Matrix 49, transforming a 65-acre site into a strategic logistics and industrial hub with strong transport connectivity. Works included the management of complex ground conditions, a rhine diversion, and close co-ordination with ecological consultants to protect the site’s local water vole population. Designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating, Plot 3 demonstrates our ongoing commitment to delivering sustainable and future-focused industrial premises. Our team are also currently onsite progressing works for Plot 4, a 596,000 sq. ft speculative warehouse development due to complete in April 2026. Exceptional Places: Indurent 420 at Omega West Completion Representatives and stakeholders of Indurent 420 and Miller Developments recently gathered to celebrate the completion of Indurent 420 at Omega West in St Helens, alongside the Mayor and Leader of St Helens Council, to mark the final phase in the transformation of the wider Omega West scheme. Comprising premium logistics and distribution space - including a two-storey main office, hub office, high-specification warehouse space, car parking, and comprehensive landscaping - the £28m, 420,000sq. ft. scheme has been delivered to the highest environmental and operational standards achieving a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and EPC A+. Our 10 King William Street project team recently hosted 31 students from the Construction Youth Trust. The students were offered the opportunity to further their understanding of construction industry, and the works being delivered, which they later incorporated into their final presentations.
