We have been successful in securing NSW Government funding to deliver 21 transformational infrastructure projects across the Campbelltown Local Government Area, through the Western Sydney Infrastructure Grants Program (formerly known as WestInvest). We are excited to announce that we have a new tender open. We're seeking a suitably experienced Responding Organisation to undertake a comprehensive domestic waste audit to identify the composition of household general waste, commingled recycling, and garden organics streams in an annual 300-household dataset (two in total) and quarterly 150-household targeted sampling (six in total). The audit must comply with EPA guidelines for conducting kerbside audits (original 2008 guidelines and addendum 2010) and will assist us in developing a greater understanding of the composition, generation, and contamination levels within the Campbelltown Local Government Area. We’re excited to announce that we have a new tender open. We’re seeking a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to carry out continual innovation and improvement for ongoing security systems maintenance, upgrades and expansion. As of April 2025, Council’s access control and security systems network is one of the largest in south-west Sydney, spanning 105 sites. Campbelltown also has an extensive CCTV network with 32 interconnected servers spread across the region, servicing over 610 individual CCTV cameras. The CCTV network includes a mix of city safety street monitoring cameras, licence plate recognition cameras, asset security cameras and mobile traffic and anti-social activity monitoring cameras.
