Appointed via the Procure Partnerships London Framework, Neilcott led the phased CAT B internal fit-out of Churchill Court, a 7-storey high street building now home to modern council facilities, including a new democratic hub, reception areas, council chamber, meeting rooms, and office spaces. But the real impact comes from their social value activity: 💼 11 weeks of work experience 🏫 14 hours of school engagement ♻️ 10.25 tonnes of waste diverted from landfill 💸 £10.3m spent locally 🧱 £2.2k in donations 🕒 30 hours of volunteering A fantastic result for Bromley, delivering not only a functional spaces but also social, economic, and environmental benefits to the wider community! Groundbreaking news 🚧 Contractor Partners Britcon (UK) Limited have been appointed as the main contractor for the design and construction of a £14.7 million state of the art engineering training centre for NETA Training, part of the Education Training Collective. #NPEA25 Nominee Spotlight: Edmonds Transplant Centre 🏥 Speller Metcalfe successfully delivered the Edmonds Transplant Centre at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, a vital clinical facility bringing the transplant multi-disciplinary team together in one space. The project has been nominated in the Construction Project of the Year category at this year’s NPEA25 Funded by UHB Charities, with a generous £4m donation from the Edmonds family, the project faced significant challenges due to its location within a historic building with outdated infrastructure. Initially over budget and behind schedule, Speller Metcalfe reworked the design and programme to meet the Trust’s urgent need for quicker delivery and improved clinical outcomes. Completed on time and within budget, the Edmonds Transplant Centre stands as a powerful example of collaborative working and charity backed healthcare transformation!
